Without prescribing a specific framework, we’ll emphasize the universal truths behind successful women-led communities: trust, momentum, and the strength that comes from diverse perspectives.

Speaker Bio
Alice Yagolnitser – a finance and accounting leader with over 10+ years of experience, including roles at Deloitte San Francisco office and innovative startups in blockchain and AI space. Alice thrives on creating the systems and strategies that drive both operational excellence and long-term growth. Her ability to lead through complex financial challenges and build robust frameworks has positioned her as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams as she expands her expertise to the areas of product, strategy and operations.
Alice is also an LP and an angel investor at Davidovs VC – a community-based rolling fund – focusing on investing in early-stage tech startups in the U.S. founded by repeat founders – where she actively mentors early-stage ventures and founders to achieve their vision.
Beyond her work, Alice is also proud to serve as a co-founder and the president of Project Ukraine, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing crucial medical aid and equipment to Ukraine since the beginning of the full scale invasion. She also serves as a board member and a CFO at Radiate Life – a nonprofit that empowers Ukrainian women displaced by war – now based in 20+ countries – to foster self-confidence, leadership, and a supportive sisterhood network.
