Me2We is an annual gathering by and for current and alumni LEAD participants.
Here’s what awaits you at this exclusive 3-day event held at Stanford University:
- Inspiring Sessions: Learn from renowned Stanford faculty, industry leaders, keynote speakers, and LEADers to challenge your thinking and amplify your leadership.
- Networking Opportunities: Build meaningful connections and share experiences with fellow LEADers. Meet new friends and catch up with old ones.
- Interactive Workshops: Develop new or elevate existing skills through engaging workshops.
- Reception: Celebrate LEAD achievements and the power of the community on our final night.
- Social Events (optional): Mingle with LEADers during informal gatherings throughout Me2We, including days before and after the main event.
Me2We is open to all members of the LEAD community, including LEADers who are currently taking the program and those who have already completed it.
Me2We 2025 will welcome LEAD’s 20th cohort, Pathfinders, who joined in the Fall of 2024. LEAD Course Facilitators, LEAD GSB staff, and many GSB Faculty will attend.
We hope to welcome participants from all 20 cohorts!

Day 1 Monday, March 10
Day 2 Tuesday, March 11
Workshops, Panel Discussions, Presentations, LEAD Talks, Unconference, and Evening Dinners + Socials.
Choose Your Own Adventure: Enjoy an evening building authentic, genuine connections with your LEAD colleagues through curated experiences, including:
Jeffersonian Dinners: Engage in meaningful, topic-specific conversations at restaurants throughout the Palo Alto area.
Trivia Night: Team up with other LEADers to showcase and challenge your knowledge in a fun-filled competition.
Dinner with VCs: VC-BootCamp is hosting an exclusive networking event designed to foster meaningful connections between investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
LISA Celebration: Celebrating its 5th anniversary of empowering 200 LEAD startups, LEAD’s startup incubator, LISA, is hosting an event that unites LEADers and honors the spirit of entrepreneurship alongside local Silicon Valley innovators.
Regional and Industry Meetups: Connect with peers who share your region or professional focus/interests.
Note: Seating is limited, and registration with an additional fee is required. If none of these options suit your interests, feel free to create your own evening plans and enjoy the vibrant dining and social scene Palo Alto has to offer.
Day 3 Wednesday, March 12
Closing Keynote, Presentations, Faculty Panel, and 10-Year Me2We Celebration
Me2We 10-Year Celebration: Close out the event with a celebratory evening at the beautiful Stanford University Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center. Open to all registered attendees.
