Deepti Pahwa is an award-winning ecosystem builder specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship. As a senior professor, executive coach, and accomplished author, she is committed to empowering innovators and driving transformative change.

Deepti holds several prominent leadership positions, including Founding Partner and Board Chair of LISA (Stanford Alumni Ventures), Senior Professor at Bern School of Applied Sciences, Research Affiliate at MIT Media Lab’s AI Venture Studio, and Coach at Stanford GSB Executive Education Programs.

Deepti’s extensive experience includes her role as Chief Innovation Officer at a health-tech startup and leading product strategy for global lifestyle brands. Through her Coaching Company “Bold Steps Made Easy”, she specializes in training emerging C-suite and board members on power dynamics, influence, and portfolio growth, serves as faculty at Swiss Board School and conducts workshops for Women on Boards at IMD Business School.
