Elaine is a curious, big picture, strategic thinker who likes drawing in on different perspectives. She’s an enthusiastic explorer of learning all the things (hi LEAD!). She is one of those ‘techies who wants to save the world’. After working at Google for nearly 20 years, she’s been using her time to prepare for her next trilogy starring as a polyglot action hero battling the loneliness epidemic through organizational transformation while side hustling in investment syndications – a la 蝙蝠洞!
She’s passionate about finding and bringing our best authentic selves to work and life, and is willing to argue with Professor Pfeffer that true authenticity isn’t a liability for power – it is a strength.
