Improvise to Synchronize

Make connecting with others your superpower

Kevin Weinstein

Description

Do you know that your brain waves synchronize with others’ when you have a conversation or tell a story? And that builds connection. In today’s fragmented, “always on” and “always online” world it is easy to feel lonely, distracted, and disconnected. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In this session, we’ll show you how to turn connection into your own superpower and set the stage for a safe environment that encourages creativity and innovation

LEADers Kesinee (Gamechanger) and Kevin (Voyager) will share ways to (re)connect with others in the work setting and beyond. We will share our LEAD and LISA journey to starting a company within a year of meeting at LEAD and publishing our book “Yes, and…” for Success: Improv Secrets to Professional Creativity and Connection.

Then we will practice how to build connection through some improv exercises professional improv and actors use to build trust as they build their ensembles to bring you world-class performances. Build connections with those around you and gain new tools for your executive toolkit to deal with anxiety, communications, public speaking, and more.
