Dr. Saul Jaeger brings over two decades of experience in critical incident response, crisis management, investigations, and threat assessment to the conversation of organizational safety. As Director of Threat Management for one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers, he leads comprehensive threat assessment programs protecting hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of patients. Previously, as Captain of the Mountain View Police Department in Silicon Valley, he founded and led their Threat Assessment Team, working directly with many of the world’s leading technology companies.
With a doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology, a master’s in Emergency Services Management, and as an FBI National Academy graduate, Saul contributes to groundbreaking research as a member of a Postdoctoral Threat Assessment Research Team. His unique blend of law enforcement leadership, academic research, and practical experience in high-stakes environments makes him a sought-after expert in preventing targeted violence.
As a Stanford LEAD alumnus and regular presenter, Saul combines strategic insight with practical application, helping executives build robust threat assessment and management capabilities within their organizations.
