Ali Goedecke is a results-driven strategist and advocate for women’s empowerment, known for reshaping business landscapes with vision and precision. As Senior Director of Transformation at NinjaTrader, she leads initiatives that redefine the retail futures trading experience, aligning KPIs, fostering organizational trust, and driving AI-driven innovation to enhance the platform’s capabilities. In her role, Ali is focused on building and empowering a team to drive long-term success in a fast-paced industry.
Before joining NinjaTrader, Ali played a pivotal role at Artisan Partners, where she contributed to the firm’s thoughtful growth through strategic communications and transformation efforts. Her work aligned business strategy and execution, maintaining a commitment to excellence on behalf of investors.
Ali’s foundational experiences include impactful tenures at Charles Schwab and JPMorgan Chase. As Chief of Staff and Business Strategist, she specialized in translating complexity into actionable strategies, from designing new business unit roadmaps to refining investment models. Her ability to collaborate across teams and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics earned her multiple honors, including the Charles Schwab CEO Award.
Outside of her FinTech leadership, Ali leads Unapologetically Powerful™, a network for ambitious women inspired by her role as a LEAD Pacesetter, fostering community and driving mutual support. An avid runner, hiker, and certified yoga teacher, she believes in the power of resilience and adaptability.
